Is CaSIE hard to use? I've never seen or used it before, just heard of it

CaSIE is an external Create A Sim tool for The Sims 2. With it you can create Sims and their clothing, which you can use in The Sims 2. Maxis is trying to make CaSIE as easy to use as possible. So no its not hard to use.
