Do the adults have to move out of thare mom and dads house?

No. They dont HAVE to. They can stay if they want to. But if they want to staer thier own family at a different house they can move out. But remember they DON'T HAVE to.

Well they don't have to but sometimes the mom and dad will kick the teen/younger adult out of the house if they behave badly!
It all depends on your sim! They might want to settle down and have kids of thier own with a husband/wife or they may just like to stay with thier family!
