i know there's this genetic stuff being passed down to the sims baby when u hav one,,but is it possible that the children will hav the mother's genetic makeup? cuz my baby sims ALWAYS look identical to their father...not their mother?

I've noticed that too. you could alter the child's appearance by making it go to the mirror OR you can get one of the plastic surgery machines in the aspirations section.

I thought that at first too, but i was only judging by colours. I had a redhead mum and blonde dad, so when most kids turned out blonde, i wondered that too. But when i made the kid, who was now an adult, look in the mirror, i realised she was identical to her mum, but with different coulored eyes and hair.
