Is season's expansion going to be a 7+ because all the other expansions are 12+ and i am under 12

The ratings are recommended guidelines and are used to imply that the game may be too hard or may contain material unsuitable for typical persons aged under 12. This doesn't mean that persons under 12 can't play it, they often can.

It's down to your parents to decide whether they consider the game suitable for your particular age.
