is there a cheat code for changing the head of the sim? My sims had a baby and his face is HIDIOUS! (i think i spelled that wrong)

there isnt a cheat code EXACTLY. but try taking said baby, and hire a maid, give the maid $100 then if you click on the maid it will say Propose.. Change face. you can have the maid change anyone in the houses face, so make sure you type in your babys name into the pop-up typing window. after that put your baby on the ground and pick it up three times consequtively. feed it, bathe it, then plant it in your backyard. the baby will be on top of the ground the next morning with a beautiful face.
