No. The food will apear in the fridge automaticly, but you still have to buy groceries from a local shop to have good food in your fridge.
You dont HAVE to go to the groceries. Its only if you want to. The food will still apear automaticly. Im going to because it might be fun!

Wen u first go on the game it appears automatically but then wen u run out u hav to go and buy some of the groceries from downtown area!
