I have Open For business installed along with all the rest of The Sims 2 files I could buy, By downloading the files from the TSZ files section and installing work in Open For Business even thou it just says you need to have The Sims 2 Installed??

If I understand your question (thats' a big "if") regular downloads should work fine in Open For Business. You can't place custom items for sale (yet), but you can place them on the ground and price them (and you'll need to restock them as normal). They just can't be "packed tight" on shelves. Hope this helps.
