My Sim won't adopt a pet. The family's not full and she's the only family member and she's not there with a friend. I don't get it!

that happens to me sometimes its annoying try to get them in a good mood and come back the next day make the pet the first thing you buy and she will probably buy the pet.

if not have a look at where the cash regesters are coz to buy a pet they have to walk over to you. make sure that ALL the cash regester people can get out easyly.

They have to be friendly enough with the animal and it has to be a stray. Why dont u just buy one from old town

To buy a pet you need 399 simoleons. If you don't have enough simoleons it won't let you buy a pet.
