When one baby becomes a toddler, can they have another baby, or is there a "waiting" period?

No the have to be at the adult age

They have to be adult to have a child. I think that is what Nancy meant.

let me rephrase--when one baby becomes a toddler, can the parents of the toddler have another baby, or is there a "waiting" period?

yes you can have another baby!!! there was this one screenshot on one of the sims websites that showed like 5 babys playing around the house and the parents watching them!!

I no i saw a mini movie of kids sliding down the curtains, one toddler setting sumthin on fire and a baby being sick all at the same time!
