... click on a lot to load it (in either the main neighbourhood or at the university) the game often becomes stuck on the loading screen.

The few times it does get into the lot the Sim is frozen on the spot and time does not pass. But the radio in the lot continues to play music as little notes float up.

same here. it stops sometimes/occasionally but the music keeps playing.

and it lads so freaking long on the loading screen.
