Can you have babies in The Sims 2 Playstation 2? And do the kids grow up in The sims 2 Ps2?

i don't think you can have babies on the ps2 or xbox version

i`m stuck how too have babies is well, i`ve looked on every sim page there is and can`t find it. please help!plz teoham look in the yellow pages to find her and ring her and tell us plz!

your sims can have babies in the ps2 and gamecube, to get them to keep making them makeout and talk then a box should pop up aking you if you want a baby. thats what happened to my friends sims
