yes you can, but only on the sims2. i've been told that you can only get a sim pregnant on the pc version. is that true?

Lozza to answer your question, it is true. Only for the PC game you can get pregnant.

Delano: On the sims 1 the baby just pops up in a cradle. On the sims 2 the Sims is pregnant for 3 days and on the 4th day she will deliver all the attention will be on the sim delivering and the game will even pause!

Your sim can get pregnant in sims 2, have them "try for a baby" not "woo hoo" and she will get pregnant, and her stomach will grow and she will throw up and what not, and then she will give birth after a couple of days..
