My sim lady had a female lover and were united. She dumped her lover an is now in a relationship with a male, how can I get them married, He wont ask her, Why?

U must ask the other sim, or u can play as the other person, if u want the man to ask

but I moved her lover out, before getting un cuppled....now what???

There is no choices with each of the existing couple to ask. she has a baby by him

When you go into the relationship button,check the girl she was with,if they still have a ring then there still engaged.If two rings show up it means that they'll still married,and that is why they cant get together.If nothing shows up then I dont whats wrong.
