Knowledge - Question

I have installed Sims 2 but when I go to launch the game it says I don't have the correct disk or disk not found. How do I get it to work?

Yes I did put the correct disc in! But it still comes up with 'please put in right disk' I read some of the answers from other people but it still doesn't work. Also people are saying turn off virtual drivers can I ask what that is and where do I go to turn it off. Thanks Again in Advance.
