Ever since i installed TS2 every time i try to save the game it freezes and i have to restart. What is happening and what can i do to fix it?

yes I have that problem too....when im saving my game progress....but it also happens when:

1.-Im creating my sim and returning to the neightborhood (not always)
2.-when im in the body shop
3.-im changing my sim's look
4.-I try to enter in the first neightborhood from left to right (sorry but I dont know the neightborhood name in the english version 'cause i have the spanish one :P)

But is weird 'cause isnot the first time I play sims 2 in my pc , 4 moths ago I installed sims 2 and it worked fine despite of my computer doesn't have at least a 32Mb videocard .....is a N Vanta LT of 16MB it worked slow but without troubles....I used to have 256 of RAM...now I've 768MB I think it should work better than before...please help! :P

Have you downloaded any items? Theyt might not be compatable without an ep, I had that prob in sims 1. If it happens in body shop/looks, it might be because your comp ain't recognising the downloaded item/it's faulty.
