i love downloading things, clothes etc. but i have a really bad problem. downloading things from the official website is great and easy to do. just click download, save it anywhere, double click and click on install. simple.

the problem i have is when downloading off other websites. i recieve it as a winzip file. when i open it, there are lots of clothes but it doesn't give me the option to 'install'. i read somewhere that you have to save it into the 'downloads' folder in the 'ea games' folder. i saved it there but it didn't work. it just came up as some clothes that were already in the game with a star at the top right corner (the custom sign) how can i get these types of files t o work in the game?
