If you can keep 'your' stuff when you move out, then does that mean the BuyMode has changed for each family member?

I heard that new adults keep their stuff when they move out, but in Sims 1 all the stuff was family owned.

How will everyone know who's is who's.

Also, will teen's money go into a household account, or their own account?

If they get divorced the one sim will be able to take some things that will be available to them later.
