An abucted man can have a single child, so I suppose you could have twins.

An abducted man certainly can have twins.. I've got a sim who's father of a nice green boy & girl...
By the time your sim gives birth you'll know wether you get twins or not..

Rebecca, in order to get abducted is to have the sims look through the telescope during night and sometime while they are looking they might and might not get abducted.
