how do you get the last point with your rep group im on the ninth rep point and i still can't get the last point

hi um i havent done that yet but could you help me i have 2 attend the premiere i have tried evrything but nothing works i have the tickets i talked 2 the docter i attended it between the right times but nothing has worked do u have any suggestions???
