Can anybody help my computer won't run the sims 2.Oh i have an xp computer

The same thing happend to me.I also have a xp computer and the sims 2 did not want to work right,so i went back to the store and got a different one then it worked. if this still does not work for u than check if you have all the system requirements. The sims 2 does take up alot of memory too. hoped i helped (-:

Before i return it does anybody have any other idea that i should do. I really need ideas remember i have an xp computer and the sims 2 won't play on it for some reason
