Knowledge - Question
Okay, I read that the Sims2 is a completely different program... so does that mean we can't have our old families from Sims1 and stuff on it without recreating them?

You can't use or import sims from sims 1 in the Sims 2 if that is what you mean!

You must recreate. Creating people is a lot better. You can pick from premade face shapes, hair, eyes, lips, noses, hats, glasses, and clothes. You can also change details of the sizes of the facial features like big or small lips, etc. I am waiting patiently for talented people to recolor and make some new objects. Selection is very small and I don't like but a few of the wallpapers and floors. There is A LOT to be desired. I am a bit disappointed. They are probably holding out for expansion packs. The gameplay is more enjoyable though.
