i bought the sims 2 and it keeps shuting off and getting frozen.can sum 1 please help

Do you have: the right system requirements?/ enough free space on the hard disc you installed it on?
What kind of driver do you use? (8X is the minimal requirement)
Minimal or below minimal system requirements can cause that particular problem!

Did you download the latest drivers of your graphic card? Look on the last page in your manual, read that first. :-)
