In the sims2 how can you create movies or cartoons?

yup, you can film your sims.

There's a little button on the bottom left that looks like a Projector, just click that to start filming, click it again to stop. As for the cartoons....well, the Sims IS a cartoon, so I guess I don't get the question.

I don't know about cartoons, but you can make movies with your Sim.

u can use the camera at the bottom left of the screen while u r playin. i use windows movie maker to convert my movies to .wmv
