i downloaded ts2 body shop but when i double click nothing happens so i also got the started pack and installed that and when i double click a blank blue screen comes up and an error sign saying i preformed an illegal talk and then i have to close! HELP!

SOMEONE HAD A SIMILIAR QUESTION TO THAT AND AS I RECALL MAXIS LUCY TOLD THEM TO DELETE AND REDOWNLOAD AGAIN. IF NOTHING HAPPENS THEN, MAYBE YOUR COMPUTER DOESN'T HAVE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS TO RUN IT, HOWEVER YOU CAN CHECK OUT YOUR COMPUTER TO MAKE SURE IT HAS THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

This happened to me, and it turned out that my video card didn't meet the system requirements. Make sure that your computer meets all of the system requirements and it should work.
