Like is there a message that says that its a certian sims birthday or do u just guess or what?
it will pop up but i don't think u will no before that
A birthday will occur inbetween each life stage. I believe that you will also be able to just "have a birthday" whenever you want by throwing a birthday party, but I am not entirely sure about this.
