How can you ask children to come over and have a party?

Phone them up and invite them as normal.

Or get a resident kid to throw a party outside of school hours (9am-3pm) and a few kids will usually turn up.

Kids don't usually come when you throw parties. But if U throw a party U can invite a few to ur house.

I put the birthday cake on the table and then a bunch of neihbers came WITH their children, cuz my family as a child i supose,and SHE blows the candles, and my child can trow a party on the phone menu...
