When I use the 'all ingrediants' option from cheat objects I get given an object called 'Mystery item no...'and a series of numbers. Its picture is of a question mark. Does anyone know how to use it and/or what it does?

This is ingredients you cant use becoz you dont have the EP to use them. eg. black roses+superstar, pet treats=unleashed
