| i downloaded a house from the sims exchange. Now, when i go to the neighbourhood the lot is totally empty, no mailbox or trashcan ether and i can't click on the lot because my game crashes, i tried to download and ad a new house but that won't work,! |

| I have XP and have the sims 1 installed, when I try to install the expansion packs it tells me that the original sims cannot be found on my system and to re-install, however it is there and it plays. All original discs. Help! |

| How do I save my game so that when I reinstall my sims I will still have my previous games back as per normal? I had reformat my PC several times last month and kept losing my games. I don't wanna start everything from scratch again! |

| I have a dell computer, i tried installing the sims 2 university but it stops at 51%. i saw that it was something with the dell drive but when i was going to download it, it said to have a floppy disk, but our computer doesnt have a floppy disk drive.help |
